These taste treats pack a spooky punch with delicious white chocolate and mini chocolate chips. You could always swap the chips, and use a black frosting pen for the eyes and mouth.
Ingredients
- 4oz of white chocolate
- 10 strawberries, medium sized
- mini chocolate chips.
Instructions
- Melt chocolate in microwave. I added it all to a bowl, heated for 15 seconds and stirred. I continued that process until the chocolate was warm.
- Dip strawberry into chocolate.
- Add mini chocolate chips as eyes and mouth for ghost.
- Let cool in the fridge before serving.
Notes
Do not melt your chocolate with milk. When I was trying this out, I originally thinned the chocolate out with milk which resulted in me double dipping them to get the coating colour desired. And honestly, they didn’t look as good.
